I’d finally made up my mind on what to do with this blog. I’d changed the title since “Myeoneuri” is kinda difficult to spell (and pronounce if you’re not used to it). I’d also changed the tagline of this blog. I’m hoping that I’d be able to update this as much as I can, specially that I’d be going back to school in August!

며느리 (myeo-neu-ri) is a Korean word which means “daughter-in-law”. I am a Filipina, married to a wonderful Korean husband. We have a two-year old son and we’re planning to have more in the not-so-near future. We live in the “soul of Asia” — Seoul!
I’d like to share my experiences with you and hopefully I’ll be able to show what it’s like to be a wife, mother and a daughter-in-law in this modern but still traditional (read: paternalistic) country.
